The Carriage House
Country Garden Suite
A family-oriented, condo-style unit in our 1865 carriage house, with 2 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen and living room, and one bathroom. Sleeps up to a family of 6, but maximum of 4 adults allowed (Sleeper sofa is for children only). One queen bed, one double bed, and a sofa bed (for 2). Great for families with children, or guests who need a short term furnished rental unit. Satellite TV and DVD player. Does not include breakfast.

Guest Rooms:
All rooms have private baths with shower units, some with tubs. Most rooms have cable TV. The entire facility has free wireless internet access.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 7 day advance notice for refunds, less a 5% surcharge. For cancellations within last 7 days, we will provide a gift certificate for the full value of your deposit.
Rates:
Please find listed with our room photos, the rates for our Busy Season (May 1 through October 31) and Quiet Season (November 1 through April 30). We have negotiated rates for business & government travelers. We require a 50% deposit on all reservations except for business and government travelers. All major credit cards are accepted.
Holiday & Special Events:
There is a two-night minimum on holiday and special event weekends.
All holiday and special event days are at the higher rates.
